Good morning, first of all I just wanna say that I live 70 miles away from the dealership and I travel that far for the customer service. And when I made my appointment for my tire rotation, I usually make it on Saturdays because I pack up my one year-old and my husband comes with me. But when I was making my appointment, I was told that there was a recall on my vehicle and that they don’t do recalls on the weekend so I scheduled it for Tuesday. Then I get there Tuesday. My tires are rotated. I guess they work on the recall and then they tell me they have to order parts so I assume that means they didn’t complete the recall. Now I get a text message saying the parts came in. What was the point of me coming in on a Tuesday when the parts weren’t even there? So now I have to go back to get them put on. I’m not very happy about that.
