Tried to schedule tire repair by phone - no one answered - left message with no call back.
Dropped of car around 10 AM anyway. We purchased tires from you in April of this year with Road Hazard coverage for 2 years. Our tire had a nail so we were charged $28+. We thought nail damage was a road hazard??
Agent said only ruined, total replacement qualified for “road hazard”.
Lost a lot of confidence today in your company. ????

I didn't know to look for a text message to let me know my truck was ready.
For years someone has walked over to let me know my truck was ready. So today I waited/wasted an extra half hour, because I wasn't looking for a text message.
If someone had told me of the new way of doing business I would have looked for a message.
Otherwise, my wait and service was great!
