Everyone was nice. Front of house is excellent, but I dont know what was going on back of house. I showed up at 9:10a for an oil change.(it should not take that long for an oil change) Ended up getting 2 back brake pads. I was there over THREE HOURS. went outside to get a friend to pick me up because I was already a half hour late to my own birthday lunch and had guests waiting. As I was sitting there...I see my car parked across the way ready to go. I have no idea how long it was sitting there ready while I was in the waiting room. No amount of free coffee, popcorn or hotdogs can make up for that. I love my neighbors, The Corleys, so I may give it a second chance over there with my new Lexus, but I have to admit, I am really gun-shy. I dont ever want to go through that again.
