Pleasant staff yes Mathew was great. The concession stand makes a pleasant experience. Even tho it was complimentary jus to be able to order food and drinks was so nice.
I really don’t mind my stay at Toyota.

My husband waited over an hour not knowing our vehicle was ready. He filled out the card with his phone number. They did not text his number, they texted mine. His service man could have at least apologized for the inconvenience. We live in Jennings, he could have been home, with the time he wasted at the dealership.
