I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I had to go ask if my vehicle was ready, and when I did ask about it, found out it was ready. No one came to tell me it was ready, so I don’t know how long I sat there waiting after my car was ready. I was very disappointed in how this was handled.

I do not like the download text info. I like for an Advisor to speak with me directly. When I got my oil change on Dec 26 I was told I needed an engine cabinet e filter and brake flush I read directly from the paper when scheduling an appt. I received brake flush n cabin filter which was mire than I intended on paying then to add the engine cabin filter was higher. The text invoice I received was for 101.00 when I checked out the bill was over 100 and something more that I budgeted for. I don't not like the new procedure I would rather deal face to face not through text. Customer service is contact. With all this technology people are losing touch When I asked the advisor about the difference he said it did not include parts and labor which is very deceptive. I was so mad I left I git home looked at the bill and don't understand the charges.

The truck was brought in on January 3. They explained that the bearings were going out needed new bearings one the back right wheel bearings replaced no right back wheel. I gave my daughter a quote. She shared it with me so Friday when I put the truck in the shop they gave me another quote. They said they was using two different computers and there was a glitch that to fix the truck it would be cheaper, so I waited four hours to have it fixed. Then I was told they did not have the part to fix the truck and they noticed that they did not charge me right for the parts. I said they would eat that cost put me in a rental department be there Saturday for me to go back turned in the rental but the part was not there so I made a trip to Lake Charles for nothing Monday they called I called to talk to the manager over at the parts department Mr. Kenny) trying to understand why Saturday they called me and tell me that the shaft has to be replaced to because the bearings were frozen on the shaft. I asked him why didn’t they tell me that Friday when he told me the vehicle was fixed except for one port he says he never told me that but yes he did so he let me go home in the Reno Saturday. They told me the price for the shaft I was trying to understand why couldn’t they tell me everything that was wrong with it Friday after I had to wait 4 1/2 hours for them to realize they do not have the part And I had to pay extra for a chef that I’m not sure I even really need it. I was very very upset. I went and got my truck today paid for it but I’m still not satisfied that I had to pay extra are used to trust Toyota but for as the mechanic department, I do not trust it or the people . Next time if there’s something wrong with my truck, I will seek out a individual shop that I trust that would be upfront with me.
