10 out of 10!! Friendly, professional, and respectful staff. I look forward to my time at Toyota Lake Charles! I’m so glad we bought our car here so I get to keep coming back. The car wash was incredible! I love the fun shirts the staff were, the extra hand towel drying , and the detail equipment for our use!

It would really help working people to be able to drop off our car before 8am. I get there about 745 so I am one of the first in line, but if your advisor is late or has alot of cars sometimes I don't get to work until after 9am riding the shuttle. I could have someone pick me up but having to be to work for 8am, they cannot help. The service is great and I have no complaints about that all. Just need to drop off earlier. Thanks for running such a great service dept.
