I'm NOT dissatisfied either. I just had to spend 7 hours over 2 days in the service department for 4 new tires and an alignment. Christians communication was great. I was never left guessing what was going on, however, 7 hours was nuts. I'll be back to LC Toyota every time. That won't change. I had a couple appointments I had to reschedule over the 2 days as well but luckily I'm currently recovering from Rotator Cuff surgery so I have all the time in the world.
