This is the second time I have had my oil changed there and this time the service person informed my wife he had never heard of 0-16 motor oil. This is what my 2021 Camry LE Hybrid recommends from the factory and is in the owners manual. I provided my own oil. It is not ok to be deceitful. If you are going to use 0-20, just inform me of that and let me decide. Not being honest is not ok.
