I had a scheduled appointment at 9:45 for my 10,000 mile service, and I showed up on time. I never met my service manager. I was told to just write down my name, phone number, and reason for service on and envelope and sent to the waiting area. I sat in there for 2 and a half hours. When I finally went to check on it it had been ready for over 30 minutes. No one came in the waiting area to call my name or even called the phone number I had put on the envelope.
