I had an appointment for 8.45 and got there about 15 minutes early
I just needed a floor matt,center hub and had a screw in my tire.
It seemed it took several hours to complete these simple task. I am sure there is a reason , but I was surprised it took so long especially when other customers came after me and were getting their vehicles before me
