Due to some sort of confusion it took over thirty minutes for me to check in after I arrived at 810 this morning; I was having tires installed. I had to come back for an alignment and after my appointment I returned to the service center at 11, was checked in and waited for my service. When Blue rang up my service I stepped outside to wait for my vehicle. After over 45 minutes of waiting I found Blue and asked when I could expect my car to be ready. It was parked outside but had never been pulled up. I would up wasting welll over an hour while I could have been at home or taking care of other business. This happens far too often. I am constantly being told that this situation will be fixed but it continues.
