Appointment was at 10:30am; I arrived at 10:01am; oil change and a drivers side door actuator was needed; took the technician till 2:10pm To let me know the parts needed to be ordered.
This was the second chance I’ve used this dealership with same exact results the 1st time. Shame on me for thinking it would be a fluke…
Full day wasted on an early oil change appointment and still have to take another day off to get the part installed.

We were satisfied with Brandt and his getting things done. The oil drain plug was not put on correctly and after finding oil in my garage, we had to go back and have it fixed. Brandt was very courteous, however, the mechanic should have done a leak test. First time dealing with Brandt and were satisfied with him.
