I brought my RAV 4 in for a recall inspection. I had an appointment for 9:30 am. It took 2-1/2 hours to inspect the car. I was told there are only 2 mechanics doing recall work and that was the reason why it took so long. If that is truly the case, the appointment times should be spread out so customers wouldn’t have to wait so long. Apparently, Lake Charles Toyota doesn’t care about its customer’s time and the fact that we have other things to do. My time is valuable, but it seems that is of no concern to LC Toyota.
