But he was very nice in explaining at the end why it took my car over 3 hrs for an oil change! I am a 78 year old lady who has been ill, & it was a hardship to bring my car to Lake Charles, from Sulphur & took me 1hr bumper to Upper to get back to Sulphur! This is my 3 car from ya’ll & I have always been treated fairly but I told him I am not bringing my car back!I don’t like the system of texting me, I like someone explaining what is being done! I did not understand they were changing out recalled pieces!!

Since I’ve owned my Toyota, I’ve had a vibration in it. I brought it to y’all several times and y’all balanced it rotated. The tires said y’all couldn’t duplicate the vibration, but I could feel it and it never went away. Angela recommended that I do a force balance and while it did cost me $50 it was worth every penny my truck no longer vibrates. She is personable attended to the customers need I give her five stars.
