The day after I brought it in last week, the check engine light came on. I made an appointment to have it looked at and came in but was told it could not be looked at for several hours. So why schedule an appointment if there is no one who can perform the service at the appointed time? This is not Barton's fault, he has been very helpful in the past. Simply do not make appointments for times when there is no one available.

I am happy with Toyota in general. In fact, you should read my glowing report of the dealership today on FB, but I was not happy with the representative. After waiting 2.5 hours to get a text and hearing nothing, nor receiving a visit from him, I went to his station finding him not there. The guy next to him looked up my case and sadly said my car was finished almost 1.5 hours earlier. I was livid because I had several errands that I had to take off of my list.

Work done was spot on. Not complaining. However, I spent over $2K today on tint and retractable bed cover. Maybe set a threshold.... somebody spends that much money may be a good idea to run their vehicle through your car wash as a courtesy.
