The Service There NOW Is Not Like It Was In The Past. The People Made Me Feel Like They Were Doing Me A Favor By Working On My Highlander . Also When we Got in our vehicle The AC Was Set On 60 Degrees It Had NEVER BEEN SET ON 60 Degree !! Again NOT Like It Was Only A Few Years Ago !!

First, I would like to start off by saying the Matthew Hicks was excellent. He was helpful and very professional. Other than that, everything else was very unprofessional. When i first dropped my car off August 13th, I waited outside in my hot car with a sick baby for more than 30 minutes. My AC was out. That is why the car was hot. My original service advisor was on the phone for another customer and never came outside. I even asked the people outside if he was even coming. They kept telling me that he was on the phone and he was coming but he never came. My brother had to go inside to ask for a service manager in order for you all to get someone outside. That is how i meet Matt. I understand I didn’t have an appointment but no one should have to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to come service them. Matt handled everything I needed as far as getting the car fixed and a rental. When I received my car, my tire was on a flat. Matt was off that day, so i had to talk to another service advisor. I forgot his name. They stated that my car was not repairable and it was not you all fault. I was told my tires were 4 years old and the tread on the tires were old. That is why they were coming apart. I told them that I did not buy tires from you and those tires are not 4 years old. One of the guys from outside that is the second car that has came out the shop that was flat. So obviously someone in the shop is doing something to the tires like hitting something and are blaming the customer. And to top it all off. I was told that they did not have the first camera footage of when they first put my car on whatever that is called to lift the car. I just found that strange that you all didn’t have that footage. I was told this was my fault even though my car had sat at your shop for 2 weeks and a day. I waited over an hour just to be told that they were not covering my tire. So, I had to leave. I had not even left out the parking lot and my car had made a loud popping noise again. So, i had to bring it back to the shop. When i picked up my car on August 29th, I was told that the clip for the ac hose was not put on correctly and you all have to fix it correctly. When you expect that it would have been fixed the first time. Just like the tire wasn’t my fault. I think something is happening in that shop. I didn’t purchase my tire from you all. I went to another company. I asked them if that tire looked as if it were coming apart. They stated no. They also stated that the tread on the tires were good. It looks as if someone hit something. So I drove my car to your shop on August 13 but no one noticed a big hole in the tire until August 29th. I find that very suspicious. Like I stated before, Matthew Hicks was great. Everything else was a disaster. This was the worse experience I have ever had with Toyota.
