We had an appointment for an oil change at 10:45. My husband who is disabled went thinking it would be a quick appointment like the last times we’ve had oil changes done. He had to wait almost 2 hours while it was being done. This is unacceptable for someone with an appointment in my opinion.

My car was ramshackle, and my items that were in the back of my truck were on my second and passenger seat. I am missing 60 dollars out of my blue jeans jacket that was mysterious placed on my console. I had a small white bible on my dashboard that is gone. Prior to me leaving I reported it to a supervisor and he said he checked he camera and they didn't see anything. I expressed that my truck was in their possession for 2 nights and my car wasn't like this. He sighed when I said that my vehicle was there for 2 nights. This is my first time ever having to give a negative report and I am very disappointed.
