I went in for oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid changeout. The service side for the brake fluid was backed up and I was told it would be hours for that even though I’d already waited for 2 hours. There is either no communication between the two sides or it appears to be overbooked. Mr Hicks took excellent care of me and gave me a loaner car to take care of my business. The experience would be perfect if some tweaks were made.
