The drain plug gasket was worn and leaking oil and for some reason to replace it the computer showed $50 charge $25 part and $25 labor. I asked Angela that didn’t sound right and she went to check to fix it and she said it’s only $15 and glad she did correction

You need to hang on to Michael, he is a great asset to your dealership. I only bring my truck in on days he is working. Since I moved to the area in 2017 your dealership has been the only place I bring it. A very large percentage of that is due to Michael.
