Michael was absolutely fantastic. I could not ask for anyone to be kinder or more respectful. He explained everything. My only concern is that my oil still says 15% and my oil was just changed. While having a phone conversation with Toby about the price quoted to me in a text for oil change with free tire rotation the call dropped. I personally feel he hung up on me. I called back and left a message for him to call me. He never returned my call and the tire rotation was not done.

Jarrod has been doing his best for us but we are angry that Vatland leased us an inferior car. We’ve been extremely happy with h all of our Hondas over the last 25 years. Not this one. It has been defective from the start.
