This was my first service appointment after purchasing my Pilot. My oil change was free. Tire rotation was done, and Jarrod Jenkins also recommended replacing a filter. He kept me informed on the progress while my vehicle was being serviced and answered questions I had. He was very professional and did not pressure me to have anything done that wasn’t necessary.
