Too many text requests for surveys! The fact that I keep returning and ask specifically for Toby should be confirmation of my satisfaction. If I have a complaint, I know the channels to take. Please stop surveying me multiple times after each visit. It’s annoying. Plus, the fact that you won’t reply to this is further evidence of the insignificant this exercise.

Ethan as always is phenomenal and his attention to detail is the reason he is one of the only techs i trust with my vehicle. I do all my own maintenance but there are things i do not have the equipment for and i know for a fact Ethan will treat my vehicle as his own. He did phenomenal on my alignment, no more pulling. Drives exactly how i want it to.
