Jarrod Jenkins did a great job and I was extremely satisfied with his assistance. With that being said I think it’s ridiculous that you are pushing the 3% credit card charge to the customer when every service is well over $100. Especially during these tough economic times. Services are already more expensive. Why would Honda make things tougher for their customers. For that I will not be returning which is unfortunate because Jarrod is an excellent employee.
