I have been a long time Toyota owner. I hate the sales department at Vero Toyota, but love the service department. They have treated me very, very well. This is my second Honda purchase in my lifetime. The first Honda left a bad taste in my mouth, which is why I returned to Toyota. my first experience with Vatland service also left a bad taste in my mouth. Because I’m old, I cannot give you specifics. I just know I left your dealership saying I’m going to call Toyota and see if they’ll handle my Honda in the future. I must say yesterday‘s interaction with the service department was 100% better.
