Please STOP adjusting the entire driver seat when car being dropped off for service. Adjusting the seat to accommodate a tall service person is fine, but not the height of seat, nor the seat back being found nearly half down.

I loved how smooth the process was in regards to my oil change appointment. This was my first time ever here at the Puyallup location and by far the fastest service ever! I love it. The staff are incredibly thorough and when I had questions regarding possible winter tires; Multiple staff members were there to help me compare and contrast prices. Representative wasn’t aware of a brand new Toyota battery warranty total timeline. Multiple mentions of 3 years. The technician even mentioned 7 years. The physical brand new Toyota battery even has 84 month warranty labeled on the unit! Had to check the battery once home.
Took longer than 1.5 hours for diagnostic and had to inquire on status.
Missing documents and information and had to call once I returned home and print from home. Not impressed.
