The intake took forever even tho two women were at their desk. Was told finally they’d be right with me. Not in welcoming way. Finally a male in the general (not express) side said he’d help me. When I received word my car was ready I again stood there and was told they’d be with me (another two unwelcoming females. I waited and waited and finally other female helped me. I don’t expect friends but they way they snarled and said be right with you left a bad taste for me. Not good customer service! Last time I was in was told my next oil change would be free however this time was told no. I was so ticked I didn’t even get my punch card punched since I assumed it would be free.

I was told my vehicle had pine needles and they had cleaned the best they could. I popped the hood when I got home and there were pine needles everywhere. I took the glove box out and cleaned more out. I don’t mind doing that, it is my car, however, it seemed like not a lot of effort was put forth to ensure they could clean it as much as possible. I was shown a picture of a filter that had appeared to be eaten by rodents, they didn’t replace or offer to replace it. I obviously would have paid to have it replaced had they shown me the actual filter and not the picture with debris covering the damaged portion. I went and purchased a filter and put it in myself. I was told a nail was in one of my tires but that it did not puncture the tire and the nail was taken out. I got home and had a completely flat tire. I was on the freeway and that could have been extremely dangerous, not only for myself but for others as well. There were screws missing from parts of my engine and a hose was not put back correctly. When we called the manager said that the nail had not been taken out and that it was documented tjat the nail had not been removed. That may be the case in the documentation but if that is true then someone gave me false information because I was told the nail had been taken out but had not punctured my tire. When I took a look at my paperwork the notes said the puncture was unrepairable. That was not verbally relayed to me. If that was the case then how was a tire repair kit able to fix my tire then? Very disappointing. This is the second time I have had severe issues. My family has bought three cars from this dealership and I am very saddened by my latest experience. We will not be coming back and we will no longer be referring family or friends to Toyota of Puyallup.

I made an appointment for tires and gave them the info on my car. I was told the tires were in stock and reserved for me. On the day of my appointment I was there at 8:45am. I was told it would be about an hour and a half. 2 hours later the service associate called me out and told me “bad news”. The tires weren’t in stock. Also the tires they quoted me were the wrong price and she asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the correct tires and reschedule. I said No. I would not be back to Toyota if Puyallup. 2 hr wait! You all should have offered to upgrade me for free at least! I gave them the correct info on my car. I’ve bought 2 cars from you and had lots of service done by you. No apologies, just a lame oh sorry.

Not done to Toyotas recommended specifications causing oil leak..called service department who gave me a voicemail box…called back and was told I could leave my name…I asked to hold as I wanted the problem corrected immediately…finally spoke to a supervisor who I let know at this point I was upset..he told me that” if I continued to be nasty I would not get far with him”…,, I am outraged at Toyota of Puyallup’s approach to dealing with a mistake made by their service center…unreal!
