Not happy at all
But 3 get 1 for $1 November special (when I ordered them). I even had an employee call me a few minutes after making appt double checking everything, price, tires and date and time

And you guys did not have the tires that I made appt for a week earlier.
My son was there not me. one of your workers talk him into more expensive tires. He calls me and I say this is not right. I call and talk to someone in service. This is truly ridiculous how this went down.
Why was there not a call to me or my son saying tires weren’t in and to re schedule before that day? I’m coming from eatonville area.
Mysteriously they show up half hour after our appt. time. So now my kid has been there a half hour and nothing has been done except trying to u u p sell some more expensive tires. Then they take car back and take 3 more hours to install tires.
I get home and see receipt they did an alignment on the car which I said NO to online. Also charged my son way more than the paperwork he brought down with him that your web page tells us to print. Don’t know if I didn’t get the November buy 3 get 1 for$1 or if it’s because of the alignment I didn’t want. because they got installed in December? I made appt in November by the way. But your employee argued with my son on price and is intimidated easy so he gave in.
Then to also charge for a service I said no to online $134.99. Then they found a bad tpms and wanted to charge him another $200 more.
Honestly thinking about not going back to Puyallup Toyota anymore.
What happened to me and my son is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional
My son is young and already intimated going down there and then to have your employee talk him into more expensive tires that he’s has to pay for because you guys didn’t get the tires in is complete ****.
As you can see I’m not happy at all with this experience

While I was in the lobby waiting for my oil change, there was a gentleman that approached me and offered me a card for his service of upholstery cleaning. He was saying inappropriate things that were not professional and or was talking about sexual encounters. I felt very uncomfortable and feel like that is not an appropriate conversation for an employee to have with a customer. Please feel free to contact me for further information.

In the morning at 9:30 am I drove to the service department and asked if there was any possibility to have my oil changed and that I didn't have an appointment one of the three desk person said let me check. He went back and then he came back and said no there wasn't. So I called the service department and asked the lady on the phone if I could have my truck serviced with an oil changed and she gave me an 11:30 appointment. The three guys in the desk in front don't recognize you that you're even there. I saw a customer come in the door from service drive and still no acknowledgement. You need help in your service department. If I wouldn't have called back to the service department I wouldn't have gotten an oil change at your service department. In today's environment customer service is everything. I was salesman and sales manager and you're 3 guys in front desk need training or fired. Thank you.

I had a set time in the morning to do my brakes. I was one of the first customers to arrive. I waited 4hrs. I am not sure what the wait was for and not that it matters. It was unacceptable and unprofessional to have waited four hours for just new front brakes. The customer reps did apologize for the wait. However, I should have been offered a loaner car for the amount of time I waited to run my important errands. I have NEVER waited this long for any service at Toyota. I have another appointment soon for the back brakes, I am hoping the job will get done in a timely mannerr. I have been a valuable loyal customer for over 7 years. I am writing with the hopes that services for customers will get done in a timely reasonable manner. Thank you

I think there was a miscommunication and delay in check8ng message. My car was not out front. When I got out it was in far back with number and still in work progress. I was told oil change and brake bleed but then asked if I wanted differential and transfer case change of fluids. I said yes, but then called up to get it finished. The guy out back said he thought it was still in progress. It turned out a long wait so I will bring it in next time
