Everyone was very polite and friendly. I had the shuttle take me to work and bring me back to pick up my vehicle. That driver was so nice, polite and friendly. No complaints about anyone or service. Do have a question and hoping someone can answer it. I had new tires put on and had it aligned and on the paperwork there ids something typed on the paperwork I don’t understand

waited over a hour to get a flat tire fixed. They then came out and said that they couldn't repair the tire and I had to buy a new one. I even authorized a new tire to be installed and ended up waiting another 1 1/2 hours and leaving after 3 hours with my spare installed and had to go to Les Swab and they fixed the tire no problem and installed it on my car for no charge. That's what I call service. I am very disappointed for being a 8 year customer.
