I was scheduled appointment at 9:30am March11 I left my car around 9:15am. I am explaining to my concern about pulling car to the right side when I holding steering wheel straight and ask to check this problem. But person who talk with me tell me this normal it means car should pull to the right side I was confused… and disagree and after short conversation,I left car and ask her when I can pick up my car? The person tell some time after noon. 6 hours later I received text from Toyota apps about my car have open doors and 1 hour later I receive call from Toyota Puyallup and person told me I should left car overnight because they doesn’t have enough staff who can do this job , I was so confused and disappointed.
