Kennedy was totally fine, but the work the service techs did was not done properly and a part of the bed cover as broken, either from the beginning or during the instal. She is not at all to blame for the issues and assured me she would get it corrected.

Jacob was great. The other staff members however working the service counter were loud and giggling telling stories as they tell customers waiting at the counter “we’ll be right with you”. Immature and unprofessional. Not Jacob though. Very professional and helpful.
