Jacob was very professional even though I was surprised by the charges for rotation tires. I thought that buying tires from the dealership, I would get free tire rotation included. I will seriously consider to go elsewhere where if I buy new tires

They said that fluids was topped off, I looked, and windshield fluid was not topped off. Updated mileage sticker was not on the windshield. I looked at the dip stick and oil looks darker, so I am not even sure they changed my oil. Other times I’ve done service, it’s was good. This time was a bit disappointing
