Great service department. Thank you Dollen and Joe for everything. It is the best service department at a dealership I’ve ever been to. All my services on my 2021 Tundra have been done there and I’ve never had to wait over 40 minutes. My tonneau issue was addressed and taken care of in the same fashion.

Great service and text if I had any questions. I did go to the service desk to find out the status of the job. I was told likely one more hour. I do prefer if the service personnel give me an update in person in the waiting area like they used to. Perhaps the new protocol is to send out a text to the customer instead of going to the customer in person if we are in the waiting area to update us. Mine was a longer service for the car. I stayed in the waiting area. I like the snacks and the coffee.
