I had my vehicle serviced for an oil change. I arrived at my appointment time 3:30pm. Was told it should be done by 5:00pm. I had to reach out to your service team and ask how long for my vehicle. Come to find out, the vehicle was done for almost 29 min. So, it was done at 5:00pm I did not get my vehicle until 5:30pm and I had to ask for it. No one explained the service performed like they did for everyone else and I felt ignored.
