I spent 2 and half hours waiting for my car to be serviced. It took my going to ask what was wrong when I realized that I had waited much much longer than necessary for them to coldly with no sense of remorse and mere lip service that my ticket was misplaced. If I hadn’t gone, maybe I would’ve spent four hours sitting in your reception for just an oil change. I was merely handed a printout of tyre options with no recommendation on whether my tyres were due for replacements or not. I got a text two days later on the recommendation for new tires for my car. I ended up missing my 1:50pm appointment which almost became a no show for me if they had not accepted my explanation that I spent two and half hours waiting for an oil change for my car.(10:51am to 1:40pm)
I had never felt neglected and unnoticed the way I was treated on that day. It was even more painful that she kept coming to call other customers that their cars were ready without noticing me to realize that I was waiting for too long until I went to her to ask what was wrong. I guess she may have concluded that I was jobless to have come to service my car on a weekday, so it was ok for me to sit down doing nothing for almost three hours.

I believe the original quote was under 1,400 dollars and that was with a quote of a starter at 600. You were not giving me the 75 dollar redit on core. I went and bought a starter for 495 from a dealership. The bill came to 895 dollars with fees and shop supplies along with a single amount
The invoice should have been itemized. The 129 charge for diagnostic for a plug to computer should have been applied to the labor as it took less than an hour to perform. 3.5 hours labor is expensive at 195 an hour for this service.

Ami did fine. When I stopped in days earlier with no appointment there was an hour and 1/2 wait. I left and made an appointment...it took 1 1/2 hours. Why someone would wait that long for an oil change when there is a jiffy lube on every corner is beyond me.
