I feel like I was taken advantage of. I was charged $1,900 for replacing a alternator and a battery. My car stopped on the highway and I felt the dealership was the best place to take the automobile. I believe that the service representative saw that he had a captive audience. And he took advantage of the situation. There was a lesson learned for me and it won't happen again.

Bobby is the best! He’s my favorite person to work with and does a fantastic job at managing unfavorable conditions. We waited for my part (experienced delays) and once the part came in it was incorrect but I wasn’t worried or stressed because I knew I’d be taken care of.
I was lucky enough to get a loaner vehicle until my car was repaired.

I am a fan of this dealership! I hope the attention to detail at a worker in management level does is as perceived. I came to this place with a problem couple of years ago. I was in a pinch and you guys responded incredibly.
