Worker left for lunch in the middle of our service. Van has been in 3 times for the same issue. Last time we asked them not to rotate tires and they did anyway and the tire pressure lights were on. Today we asked them to fix the lights while it was in the shop and the lights are still on

The older of the three gentleman that were behind the desk was rude at both drop off and pick up. Seemed to have too much in front of him. The youngest of the three gentleman (sits closest to the customer door) was with a customer and realized our frustration and stopped what he was doing and helped us out during drop off and pick up. Not sure how one is able to help and another looks annoyed or put out when you walk in.
