I bought my car there several years ago. My deal when I purchased my car was free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I was told that Nissan has new ownership and they no longer honor this agreement. That is very poor customer service if you ask me. I believe my deal was with Nissan not just the owner. Would think that agreement would be transferred to the new owner when the company was purchased. Was going to buy my next car there, but not now. This may sound petty, but you guys are the ones who made the deal.. I had a similar problem with a rep like 3 years ago that told me that I didn't spend enough money to justify my oil change, which I later found out he wad fired when I asked about it on my next appointment. I get it that it's not profitable and I had my car paid off for awhile, but I have had lots of upkeep services done there and get maybe 1 or 2 oil changes a year. It's not like I'm in there every month or something. Anyway, I like Nissan cars in general, just felt a little betrayed like I was doing something inappropriate. Thank you for your time.

Took a very long time to complete the work on a job that had an appointment. Appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 10 am didn’t finish till 12:30 pm. Other vehicle with an appointment time of 11:30 didn’t finish until 2:00 pm.

I asked the car to be washed. They said it was but it was as dirty as before. I contacted the service rep when I got home about it. She informed me the car wash wasn’t working the greatest. The dealership needs to invest into either fixing it or replacing it.

My name is always spelled wrong despite coming here for 2 years and correcting it every time. Additionally, my appt was for 7:30 and didn't get checked in until around 8. Also, seems like the workers don't want to be there which creates an environment where I don't want to be there either.

was told last week that for an alignment to come in this week as one of the mechanics was off, upon coming in for oil change and to take care of the alignment was told i would now need to make an appointment b=next week. Additionally pricing seems on the high side and not competitive with other shops I've checked with. We bought our vehicle here, but service doesn't seem to be keeping up with expectations.

As I drove my car home the check engine light turned back on. And you don’t have any available availability to drop it off tomorrow so I have to wait until Thursday. Your mechanic sounded so sure of himself but here I am $500 later and my problem still isn’t solved

We had to bring the car back after an oil change because a part cracked causing oil to leak all over our driveway and garage floor. Thankfully it was a small leak and the problem was caught before any engine damage occurred. You did rectify the problem with a new part and another oil change but it’s still a bummer that we had to bring the car back and I have to clean said driveway and garage floor. That’s my two cents. Thank you.

Ami is the best service advisor. I almost took my business elsewhere because of previous treatment but I figured maybe the other person was just having a bad day.i know it can happen when you have to deal with certain customers who are not pleasant but I like Ami for being on top of things,explaining things and her all around good attitude.
