Upon receiving my car back, I noticed that the rearview mirrors were unfolded and the automatic headlights had been switched to the off position. Later that evening, while driving through Cajon Pass, I realized the headlights were off, which made the road very dark and caused a moment of concern. Additionally, I noticed the interior was not vacuumed, even though the car was washed. I appreciate the service provided and would kindly ask that, in the future, all vehicle settings and features be returned to their original positions, the same way the car was handed over.
