I was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. After waiting for 3 hours, I decided to check on the status and was told my car was ready but there was no paperwork. Fiona was very friendly and did the best she can, yet was not provided with the paperwork so didn’t know my car was ready. I checked my car status on the Lexus app and it said the hood was open so I assumed the maintenance was still being done. Fiona retrieved my car to find that the paperwork and keys were in the car. She drove the car to me and the hood was open. And the car was washed. I specifically asked the first rep that checked me in to not wash the car-he wrote on the window “No wash!!” I also asked Fiona to make sure it was not washed. But the car was washed, we do not use brushes on the car and are very disappointed. The entire experience was awful. I will no longer take any of my cars to Crown Lexus.
