Robert and the team provided excellent service today. On travel out of state and head earlier encountered a mattress in the middle of the highway. Did not realize my alignment was off due to the mattress and counter. The team at Lexis Was willing to check out my car for damage that might’ve been caused by the highway mattress. They discovered that I was way off alignment and was able to realign my car. This saved me four tires which would have been shredded if I had not had my car realigned. I truly appreciate the team taking such good care of a customer that was out of state. I can continue my vacation without any worries, THANK YOU!!!.

Picked up my car today 03-18, was being serviced for the last 3-4 weeks. My car started shaking and engine light came on, then car started shaking and turned off on its own. My car won’t turn on now. It came out worse than it went in. Car was idling rpm needle was fluttering, now car seems 100 times worse. It’s under 75k miles and a RC 200t. I’m now on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck to take car back to dealership.
