I have going to Crown Lexus for 23 years. So far do not have any complaints. So far I have had two service writers. Hugo and Tony. I love my 2000 GS 300. My car has only been service at Crown Lexus. Will continue getting my 2000 G.S.300 service at Crown Lexus.

My services with the cashier Melody was very dissatisfied. She was very rude and unprofessional and was upset that I was paying half cash and debit, because she said she already balanced her cash drawer and said next time she will not take my money. I paid $925 for the maintenance services, which it was not cheap. Next time I would assume that Crown Lexus goes not want my business and money. I would be very concerned having employees like Melody with a poor attitude representing Crown Lexus.

This was the first service and I was not impressed. I had scheduled an appointment was in line in advance of my appointment time but sat in the car as 4 other cars that came after me were helped. While I waited for my vehicle there was no coffee. When I had inquired I was told no one knew had to replenish it.
