My husband requested for Uber ride so we can go to the mall while waiting till the car is done. Faustino Ruiz denied the request instead lent us a Lexus car to use to drive around while my husband and I are waiting. After the service was done Faustino gave us a free key battery. My husband and I was very grateful for Faustino’s generosity and that he was a pride of the company.
