Alyssa was amazing. Very friendly, noticed that I had 2 small kids with me and asked if I preferred to wait inside as she checked in the vehicle. After the repair was done went to find me and complimented the kids to doing so well on a 2 hour service wait and gave them a small treat (after asking me for permission). She was very approachable, always smiling and made me feel confortable despite knowing it was going to be a long wait with 2 small kids. I rate her service 10 out of 10!

The customer service could have been better. My husband has a Mercedes and we get his car serviced at the Mercedes in Ontario. Their customer service is top notch. At Mercedes, they let you know where the bathrooms are, walk you over to the coffee machines, and offer water and snacks. Here I just waited for my car and asked an associate where the bathrooms were.

I was told by the service advisor that she would call me when the car was ready. Instead of calling me she called my husband who was at work and did not bring the car in I did. I told her I would stay and wait for the car to be fixed. She could have came over and let me know. Instead I was there longer than I needed to be and was told by my husband that the car was done and not Lexus staff. Not pleased with this service at all. I think we will go elsewhere where we have a better experience as long time Lexus customers. I am definitely willing to talk about this by calling me.
