I would like to inform you that Service appointment that I had for my 2020 Lexus RX 350 on August 25, 2023 with Tony Hang in the Service Department, was as all of my prior visits, an amazing experience. Mr. Hang is always personable, efficient, explains what maintenance is required to ensure that my car is in tip top shape and how long it will take to complete the necessary services. This in one of the main reasons that I continue to come back to Crown Lexus to purchase my cars and to maintain them.
