I took my brand new lexus for the 1st time service. I also know that’s a recall and I mentioned to the service tech when we met. After half day, I got a text saying my car is ready. I picked up my car. The service warning light still on. The recall still hasn’t been fixed. Don’t know what this guy doing here. Waste my valuable time.

Poor customer service this morning when I arrived for my scheduled 7 am appt, traveling from the high desert. Dashboard is still rattling and the was the purpose of bringing the vehicle in today. We usually go on Saturday morning but was informed that the car needed to be taken in on a weekday for the dash concern. The reception was cold and distant. I experience the same when I picked my vehicle up. The lady at the cashier desk was cold and unfriendly. I’m sorry we purchased from this dealership.
