I feel as though some things were done that were questionable. $4800. really doesn’t feel good, a courtesy wash is nice, however nothing was done cleaning the inside, windows, seats or floor (nothing touched). Everyone was very nice and I felt respected as a person. Also the loaner car was very nice. I looked my car over when I got home and noticed that the engine compartment wasn’t washed or cleaned, with no evidence of power steering fluid anywhere, I said no to the battery tie down $200. And I also think that a courtesy wash should’ve included vacuuming the trunk, little things mean a lot to me, on a $500 or a $5000 service. I feel that my car deserves to be treated with respect as well. Tomorrow I plan on having my mechanic look it over. And let you know.

VIN still incorrect on my service contract paperwork. Service suggested I wait an additional day for a sensor that could and was eventually pulled from another vehicle. 4 day wait for a tire. Not an acceptable wait time for a routine repair/purchase. American tire would have a faster turn around and provide a warranty on tires for nominal fee.

My car leather, driver seat and center arm rest was dirty. I cleaned it at the at the dealer with a rag and water, and cleaned it with leather cleaner as soon as I got home.
