The brand new windshield is filthy. The mirror inside the car is also all smudged. So now after spending more than $2,000 I’ll be washing my windshield and my mirror. I really thought that someone would take pride in presenting me with my car in a pristine manner. Also, we were sent multiple texts over the weekend, however, when we arrived the parts were not in yet. We could have received a phone call or text letting us know and delayed dropping off our car another day. And finally, I had to wait 20 minutes for my APPOINTMENT. Why have an appointment if I’m going to have to wait?

Each time I take my car in for service I am very happy that Mr. Alfred N. is available to get my car set up for service and listen to any thing about my car that I need to share. Today he enthusiastically listened about the difficulty I was having with my glove compartment being broken and said it would be fixed and it was. I’ve learn to trust his promises about my car repair because he treats it like his own car and sees to it that it is well cared for. I appreciate him and the service department.
