Chris was great. I asked if I could have an RX model for a loaner to try out and he and the car were ready when I got there. He patiently reviewed the inspection report with me, I also appreciated the photos. And my car was ready when promised. Overall, very satisfied.

Dennis was great but the mechanics took close to five hours to do an oil change and change out a tire only for them to realize they put the wrong tire type. Dennis was very apologetic and provided me with a free oil change but 5 hours is unacceptable. That is five hours of work I missed for a simple repair.

A little under 10,000 miles I had a recommendation for a cabin filter change. I accepted it trusting your services. Later I looked it up and only recommended at 10,000 miles for extreme cases which doesn't really fit the way I drive. Standardly change from 15,000 to 30,000 according to online.
