Tino is one of the best customer service reps at Crown. He is very thorough with the service requested and gives great explanation to advisory needs. I am very comfortable taking his advice. I trust him to keep my car in great running condition. He’s the Best!

The reason for this response is as follows ibwas not able to get a clear understanding from the technician who was assigned to work on my vehicle. The service advisor kept relaying the info but it didn't make total sense I brought the car in for brakes squeaking and was told the tech could not hear anything. However upon me leaving out of the parking lot the brakes was still squeaking I have additional things I could say feel free to give me a call if you truly want a better comprehension of my first and only visit to Creown Lexus
