Scheduled an appointment for 9AM 12/22. Got there on time, and told by Junior service will be for 2.5 hrs. Got back to dealership at 1130AM, was told car is not available.
Given a loaner but this just messed up my whole day. I was on a tight schedule, had to pick my 2 kids from school who were 20 miles, pick up Christmas food etc. On my way back, I had to fill up gas and traffic was so bad. Stress level was just too much.
Next time, don’t over commit to finish a job. I could have cancelled the service if I knew it would take longer than 2.5 hrs. Junior told me it’s because more cars showed up for service but that was not the issue and not your customer’s problem. I had a scheduled appointment and you told me it will be done in 2.5 hrs.
Yes, you gave me a loaner and a $50 credit to your overpriced $200 alignment (which I could have refused but was just upsold by Junior), but these were totally not enough to compensate for your bad service that ruined my day.

Reperesentative did not make any effort to see if I was satisfied with the service. Also when I made the appointment I was told my regular rep would be available and he wasn’t. I’m not really sure the maintenance was even done. Rep was more interested in doing more service on the car
